W.I.L.D.: Update

I wanted to give you a quick update and let you know all is going well in Nepal. We had a excellent conference last week with about 400 pastors. This week I taught 17 Bible College students and that went well. Thank you for your continued prayers. I fly out late Saturday night, Wisconsin time.

It has been a great time here and the next several days will help determine if and how WILD can be of greater service. God is doing great things in the Nepali Church. Nepal is strategically placed spiritually in Asia to affect Asia.

I will give a more indepth report next week.

W.I.L.D. Levels of Training

ONE DAY TRAINING ON BASIC ELEMENTS OF YOUTH MINISTRY

$25 per person for three to four hours of youth ministry training on a Saturday. Be given an overview of youth ministry and how to get started. May include video segments and receive materials. Group rates are also available.

BECOMING A HIGH IMPACT TEACHER

7 distinguishing characteristics of high impact teachers are shared. No curriculum is shared or offered. We focus on what can makes a teacher very impacting in one's teaching. Cost is $10 per manual, along with an honorarium which would include travel.

HIGH IMPACT METHODS OF TEACHING

6 skills are given on how to develop deeper and longer lasting methods in teaching. No curriculum is offered also in this seminar. Cost is $10 per manual, along with an honorarium which would include travel. This seminar is a sequence to Becoming A High Impact Teacher.

MINISTRY IS RELATIONSHIPS
Develop skills that will enhance personal and ministry level relationships. Learn how to influence people amidst all the entities clamoring for their time. Cost is $10 per manual, along with an honorarium which would include travel.

COMPRENSIVE YOUTH LEADER'S TRAINING

$100 per person for 15 to18 hours of youth ministry training, planned out over several months (no more than eight months). An in-depth understanding of ministry principles applicable to youth is covered containing special materials, video and resource helps. Trainer is also available for personal consultation.

YOUTH LEADER'S ADVANCED TRAINING - COACHING
The recipient will receive one initial session for one hour, then a one-half hour session every two weeks (six (6) sessions per quarter, twenty-four (24) for the whole year). For the one (1) year agreement, cost is $1000.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR STUDENTS AND ADULTS

Cost is dependent on duration and distance. The training can be for several hours, one day, several times, a week long camp setting or an extensive one year discipleship development.

MINISTRY CONSULTING SERVICES

Sunday Service Speaker
Will provide message and other aspects of service as requested. Whatever the church offers for honorarium.

Youth Group Speaker
Will provide lesson and other aspects of group time like games as requested. Whatever the youth group does for special speakers is the rate.

Softball League
$60 per team per year. During Summer on Monday nights. Team plays an average of 10 to 12 games each season. Fee includes softballs and field to play games.

Bible Quizzing
$50 per team each year. This includes training for coach, demonstration quiz for potential quizzers, administrative costs incurred by HCY, set of questions and quiz portions for the
coaches.

Establish Youth Ministry in Your Church
Twenty-four one-half to one hour phone consultations over a one-year period, monthly on site youth group visits after three introduction on-site meetings with your youth group, and
access to HCY resources. Call HCY for more details (715-369-2500) and cost.

HCY Resources
Videos, books, training material - suggested donation depending on the material.

Lock-Ins and Rallies
Either ticket cost or donation. Rallies attendance open to the public and will feature activities, music groups, media presentations, speakers, etc. A Lock-In is an all night
events usually including activities such as swimming, bowling and open gym plus food. A ticket cost is applied to the Lock-In. Normally, youth leaders attend at no cost.

Camps and Retreats
Set fee with leaders attending at lesser cost. These can be at a local camp or at a motel. During school year the retreat will be on a weekend.

Leadership Development
For adults: Six month or one year commitment- Using books, it would be the cost of the materials and honorarium.

For teens: Meet on a regular basis, minimum every other week for a semester commitment.
The church is encouraged to give a donation for the value of the time together.

Spiritual Gifts
Personality Class: Individuals can find out where they belong in the body of Christ. Costs involve material and honorarium
